I used the Dayco extreme XTX5034 on my previous Ski Doo models and had good luck the listing on the dayco site shows them the same belt for the gen 4.

So the gates belt is the same between the 800 and 850?
Yes Gates part number 49C4266. You can find them for about $90. I'll be running Gates or Dayco Extreme

I have found my gates haven't lasted as long as the stock belts, but since they have a warranty it doesn't matter to me. One thing to consider is that they usually drop rpm 100-200, so for me at least it brought rpm pretty much dead on with what I was shooting for, and on my sled it held RPM better with the gates than with stock belts.
