How are these holding up for wraps? Just curious as I might pick a set up myself.

Well... If the wraps have been holding up on the black hood Pro RMK models... then they will hold up on these... same material... plus, these have some gloss areas that will stick even better!

So I have been unable to find both of these panels in the hdpe. Went to my dealer (also Pure Polaris website) and looked them up, and only 1 side (the left I believe) was hdpe, price $50, the other was mettalic black and was $250. Foam and foil kit being extra. Where are you finding the inexpensive right hand side and what's the part #?

Apparently it makes a difference where you look. Went to Gearhead as the guy above did and there they both were. Not so at any other site I've looked at. Funny thing is Gearhead had both styles and charged extra $30 shipping for the metallic (expensive) panels. Seems odd.

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but the stock red panels on my '14 Pro are stamped HDPE and I have seen it mentioned that the Pro panels are all TPO, so it is not entirely correct.
I have the Indy panels on my sled now and they have the same HDPE stamp.

The hoods are available in HDPE in both red and black so some side panels colors can be had in HDPE.

Might be stupid question, but can you run them without the foam/foil and just put aluminium tape?
I think they quoted me 130$ CAD for the foam package beside 75$/each panel. So that's about 280$ without all the vent and stuff... Might be better to look for good used one.

I think there's a fair number of people who pull the foam and use heat tape instead. I assume the foam is more for noise dampening.
I've done heat tape on the panel without the foam, but also sandwiched a piece of aluminum sheet between layers on one, due to frequent side panel contact/rub with a stock can. I could see it melting some plastic if the sled was rolled on it's side and stayed there for abit, too. Some aftermarket cans, like a D-S, might not be an issue, if you run one. Checking panel clearance is advised if you go tape-only.

What are people doing to plug the vent in the side panels? Just frog skin it or aluminum with rivets?

The only version of inexpensive panels that needs a different vent is the Sonic blue panels.. which CROW pointed out...
These are for the 2016 Voyager-144 w/550-fan.
Number 16 in this dwg
That vent is for the engine cooling fan air intake.

For 2016 the HDPE panels are available in Sonic Blue. The LH does have the vent in it.

It's an odd vent stock that can't easily be wrapped with pre-filter. But, if you happen to have enough pre-filter material laying around, or can get some cheap (or anything you might want to call pre-filter, like bug screen), use the plastic cutout example in this thread, but drill holes in the plastic, and put pre-filter over (I'd glue in a few places do to the mounting approach). You'd be there pretty cheap, mostly labor.
I've run frogskins myself, but you have to buy both sides, and they don't give it away. Just more ideas.

Not seeing how a complete block off of plastic is the same as the stock vents?
Slide a steep descent on the side of a sled ( or both sides)
And the stock "vent" lets snow into the clutch area.
If you're clutching is off, no amount of venting will help that.
With that "vent" hole covered there is no belt heat issues, good clutching required.
