Bigger lugs on XF

We have a XF 6000 CrossTour 2015 for my wife, she has some issues with the 1,6" Cobra track, as we also have two Summits in the family.
We fitted a 36" front end.
Would a 2,6" track from the M6000 fit that XF?
She does not want to change this machine for anything...

If I remember correctly the 1.6 cobra is 3.0" pitch. The 1.375 cobra may be a 2.86"

Yes, its 3" pitch on the Cobra so that should be fine. Is it ok with the 8 tooth drivers?, I heard rumours that it needed to have the front attachment for the skid in lower position to make some space?

why not opt for the 2.25" powerclaw track, compromise in size, might help the little 600 out in parasitic draw as well. plus the 2.25" is a VERY CAPABLE track. Ski

Tracks?

I do not know what elevation you ride at in Sweden. I have a '11 Crossfire 800 HO with a 2.25x141 Powerclaw track that works very well in all but the deepest (2&1/2 ft +) Montana powder. If my stock HP @ sea level is 163 HP, the engine will lose ~ 3% HP/1,000 ft in elevation; So at 7,000 ft where I ride the engine is at ~ 128HP. I had to re-gear my sled from stock 2.24:1 gear ratio to a 2.475:1 to turn a 2.25 PC track. The engine would turn the track, but at the higher gear ratio (2.24:1) the secondary could not shift out & my top speeds were down to ~ 65 mph! After re-gearing to a lower ratio the secondary will now shift out to ~85 mph! Go figure, gear down for higher top speed. Consider that with the HP output of the 600. Happy sledding:juggle:

Yes, but its geared 21/49 as its a CrossTour, and we are at 0-2500 feet elevation. I had the 2,25" on a XF 9000 I had some years ago, and it was a good track for sure.
Just figured to go all the way directly up to 2,6" this time, I have seen they do run it on the M6000 models.
