Is constant check engine flashing a code for 1? There is no pause. just constant flashing approximately 1 flash per second. Is this a 1 code meaning TPS or is it a different warning? I can't find anything that talks about a constant flash.

I would say it is related to TPS for sure. Blink codes are 1/2 second on and 1/2 second off with a 1 second off interval before it repeats. It could easily be interpreted as a steady 1 1/2 second flash. First step would be to check wiring and connections. I'm not sure if you need to visit the dealer to reset it or if it will go away once you correct the fault.
