I have a 2008 700 dragon. When I start the sled the service engine blinks five times. I bought a used et sensor on eBay and nothing changed. How can I test this et sensor with a meter? My problem might be in the wiring or I might have bought a bad et sensor? Help on this would be great. Thank you.

Sounds like you just need to reset the service interval reminder or turn it off. See attached thumbnail for procedure.
I doubt there is anything wrong with the exhaust temp sensor.

Even after replacing an EGT sensor the light will blink until the machine is warmed up to a certain operating temperature and run for a minute. I put mine up on a track stand, warm the motor up to operating temp, about 120, then do 4 or 5 35mph throttle blips and the computer resets.
