Thanks xxxmodrods!!! Great Customer service

I just wanted to say thanks to xxxmodrods for their outstanding customer service. I purchased the 5 piece vent kit for my 09 XP and last week end I was out riding and hit a rock. My knee hit the rear vent on the exhaust side panel and broke it (totally my fault). I call to see if I could purchase a new one and they asked me what I did, so I told them that I hit a rock. They told me to email a picture and my mailing address. I then asked if they needed a card # for payment and the guy said no, we will ship you a new one no charge. That is great customer service!!!
