SDR undertunnel, forward dump exhaust.

Hey guys,

Been building this undertunnel kits for trail sleds and have come up with a setup for MTN guys that avoids clogging of exhaust outlets. Check it out and let me know what you think.

100% 304 SS
100% Hand built in the USA
Flow through design with 1300* heat resistance
Stainless steel wool core filter (prevents burn out)
Laser cut brackets and assembly parts
100% TIG welded
Comes with OFT bock off plate and all hardware

Works with factory header (must modify)
Or can be ordered to fit Excel Vector header (Nytro)

Last summer at HayDays I saw your prototype at the OFT booth.
Had you been having issues with blocking off the rear exhaust port??

No, but have heard reports of it with other exhausts.

is it quiet? do you just simply cut off the header and clamp or is there welding involved?

Its louder then stock but quitter then a good amount of aftermarket mufflers out there. The forward dumping muffler is even more quite then the standard. Yes its designed to clamp onto the header 1.75" past the weld on the collector. The picture is of a Excel Vector header witch requires no modification.

I had a chance to listen to this muffler this summer at the HayDays show.

It had a FABULOUS TONE to it.

Good enough that I committed to one right one spot.

I am using the SPG Under Tunnel exhaust and its just TOO LOUD for me. Makes my ear's ring by the end of the day.

This one had a nice DEEP RICH tone to it.
Really sounded pleasant!
