bent secondary clutch sheave

So took my belt off to clean it and adjust deflection after 1st ride (90 ish miles over a couple days) and found the inner sheave on the secondary is bent in. Only noticed it due to the belt was riding higher in one spot on the secondary. Sled is a 850 rmk, maybe dropped at the factory and was not noticed pre delivery? Thoughts?

yep, thats bent. Hope you have a good dealer and they get it replaced quick and easy.

That's Polaris version of the .25 clutch wobble. Trying to copy doo doo.

Here is some pics of the back of the clutch, if you look close there is some witness marks on the edge.


I was wondering when the doo wobble clutch comments would show up, LOL.
