So I've had my new to me 18 840 with 600 miles on it, stock clutching, and had it out in some deep, pretty heavy snow.
I was only seeing track speeds of 37 to 38 mph. I was getting about 4mph with my 800 etec, with a 163" track.
Don't get me wrong, I love the sled, but I was expecting a little better than 38? Clurches were running around 190 degrees, and when I pushed it for 10 to 15 mutes I saw temp of 230.
So what's everyone seeing for track speed? Sounds like there shouldn't be clutching or gering changes on the 18, stock is good?
