95 XLT SP

Hey Guys, I just bought a 95 XLT Special with 1600 original miles, I have an edge skid that i plan on putting a track usa extension on and bring it out to 136" Does anyone know how big of a paddle i can run before having to do a D&R on the Chaincase? I would like to run a 1.75 if possible. I cant wait to tear into it and start posting pics. I have an edge tank and shorty seat i plan on putting on it as well. Should be pretty sweet when its all done.

You can run a 2 inch paddle with 8 tooth drivers, had a challenger extreme 136x2" on an Ultra.

Hey brink

My buddy has a custom built wedge that he had a 670 turbo in. Took out the turbo and never put the 990 he has for it. Just if your looking for a sled to build

Check that you don't have tunnel rub rails in the top of the tunnel. I put a bigger track on my '94 years ago and had to drill the rivets out that held the tunnel protectors in place.

I had a 1.75" w/ 8 tooth drivers and I think a 2" would fit, but it would have been tight getting it mounted in the front.

Xcr 440

Hello all new guy here looking for easy options to get started with my new/used 1995 Polaris XCR 440 SP. Just curious what my options would be for lengthening the track from the 121 to something more in the 136 to 144 variety. Sled is stock except for riser. Just curious where to start.
