There's a couple of hotels in town. The nicest place that's most likely to have a hot tub is the Double Arrow lodge. The Rich Ranch is also a very nice place to stay, but is a longer drive.
Snow is good up high, but has been thinner than normal between town and 6,000'. But it's snowing now!
The snotel for the Seeley area is the Jocko Snotel. Here's the link I use, which shows a 48 hour running graph for temps and snow depth.

There's a couple of rental places in town, all available on a Google search.
The Rich Ranch offers guide services, and you can call Kurts Polaris to get referrals to others in town.
