A 2004 Summit 800 that has a can and scratchers we have changed thermostats, temp sensor, checked the rave valves, can see no pintched line any place on the sled. Not leaking out at all. Any ideas we don`t think it is the water pump because the rear cooler warms up

please help not sure what direction to go and dealers are out of options

you said rear cooler gets warm not hot,do both sides of cooler get warm?
