does anybody know if there is a generic P/N to replace the sealed upper bearing when doing a belt drive install?

Get the number off the bearing and Google it. Or u could ask Napa for cross reference.

It's not that I didn't get one in the kit. I removed the kit to sell and would like to have a new one when I sell as you can't remove it without damaging I'm betting. Also couldnt read and numbers on it
They are a standard bearing readily available. You can get them with no seals, one side or both sides sealed. $ 10.00 ish at Motion Industries some made in China and some from Germany your choice. Just measure the id, od and width if you cant find the part number.

seems like you could get oem number off website and cross reference with a sealed bearing?not sure.
What everyone is saying seems logical, but I know that bearing isn't very standard in a sealed configuration due to it's high misalignment capability. It took Tom at TKI a long time to track one down. Something may have changed now, but at the time there was one manufacturer that made it. That's why C3 used to do the hard motor mounts to be able to run a standard sealed bearing up there. I see MVM has the same bearing box pictured on their website as I've seen in the TKI shop.
Also, I believe the 2015 bearing is different from the 2012-2014s so make sure you get the right one for your year.

Its a 2206-2RS bearing, same as the one on the clutch side. Cats part #2602-247. This is for the 2015 and up.
If you go for a better quality bearing then use a SKF 2206 E-2RS1TN9
As far as your belt drive sealed bearing, leave it in and remove the outer seal.

I was off on the price as i didn't realize how good of a deal I got through work. But they are readily available, I would personally stick with FAG or SKF and avoid the China knock offs.
