Main rod bearing sent a message to the piston and the motor needs a build. Its an electric start machine and I will be doing a long track conversion this summer so I'll build the motor at the same time. So what have you guys done to these little 80's to make that track speed up a bit. Or is there a replacement top end or complete motor out there?? Just something to keep a couple of agro six year olds happy.

I'm working on machining a small production run of 1" hex axle / driveshafts for the Scoots. The 1" hex axle / driveshaft will open up a full variety of readily available drivers and pitch to match the track choice.

Make sure the stock motor is running as well as it can first, then look into clutching and if a person still wants more power you can always have the cylinder ported and polished, the head shaved, add a bigger carb, reeds, pipe, etc.
