Can anyone tell me where the drain valve is for emptying the fuel tank on the '11 Pro?

There isn't one. I just use 6 or 7 feet of plastic hose, stick it all the way in the tank, cover the end and pull enough hose out real quick to start the siphon process.

I like to just take the tank off and tip it upside down.

Do it with my new sleds as i dont know what mystery fuel is in it.
