Jetting question on a 2003 edge x 700

I have a 2003 edge x 700 with a SLP air horn and SLP pipe and can. I am at 900 feet and the guy I bought it from was running 470 mains in the number 3 needle position with stock pilots. Does this sound right? It just doesn't seem to have all the power it should. :yo:

That actually sounds a little lean depending on what air temps you ride in. But its pretty close.

I ride around 10-25 degrees Fahrenheit
