SAWEEEEET!!!

Your attention to detal, like grafting on the RAW stirrup panels to the 900 is very nice work.

Which fuel tank did you use and did you need to trim the console to fit?

How bout some pix of the under hood area?

Where is Shoshone? I'll be in Ponderay for a while this month/Feb... we'll have to get together for a ride and compare with my RAW chassis 935.

More Snow

Hey 900 club we got more snow this last two weeks then we did all winter, so i think I'll take the 975 out for a run. I've only but about 100 miles on since the up grades:face-icon-small-fro avy danger is high so I think i'll just play in the meadows.Still should be a good day of riding.:face-icon-small-hap:face-icon-small-hapFF

Nice Sled - Real Nice - Do me a favor and take a Hir Dryer and remove all those pecky little stickers on your cowl.

Sixty SevenGT Im just trying to keep the stock sled look. I think it still looks stock ? ya think lol I'll work on this for the summer project as i only got a few miles on it this year. But we are getting snow now about 24in in the last two weeks and staying cold up high 8000+so should be good.

Sean I hate to say:face-icon-small-fro but no up dates this year. the stator went out last year and my bottom end case half started to leak oil so i needed to get this fixed Just so i can ride this year. I own a drywall biss. and as we all know the building is in the toilet so it's about the :juggle: act. just to keep the doors open. I think it's going to be a great year for snow!! some are out riding allready we got about 24in-38in in some places put it's up high. I picked up a side job plowing snow this year to help out the sleading fund. Good to hear from you. Hope to meet up with you and the 900 crew for the ride this year never rode there.Sounds like a good time.:beer;::beer; FF

I hope you can make the ride and that I can too, money is definitely tight this year. I'm looking forward to seeing your sled in person, looks pretty amazing.

WRP seat mod...what did you use for a bracket on the bottom of the seat for the seat post to attach too?

Just use some rivet thread inserts in the plastic seat pan to bolt it too.

great idea about the threaded rivets but do the threaded rivets eventually start to flex because of the plastic and develops some slop in the seat?

I just bought a '06 rmk seat with the skinz post to replace my bulky fat fusion seat. I don't know what's best option to mount the skinz post to the seat.
