2010 Husaberg FX660 Thumper Racing TS LT 18,900
This is my Pet Project. Built last year, 2015 season.
I started with a 2010 Husaberg FX450 chosen for the close ratio transmission.
Manual cam chain tensioner
Bazzaz Wide Band fuel controller with auto tune
Brewster West custom skid plate and under pipe exhaust that is ceramic coated
FMF 4:1 slip on
Thermobob thermostat
Temperature gauge
KTM radiator braces
Cycle Works fuel pump
Higher flow injector

Thumper Racing 660cc custom crank and 104mm bore. I pulled the motor
and sent the entire thing to them and they did the motor build.
This bike made 69.5HP at the rear wheel on a chassis dyno last
summer when I had the motor built and tuned. That is about 82hp at
the crank.
I wanted to change things again this year so I pulled the motor once again sent back to Thumper Racing for a 12.5 to 1 NOSS piston bigger intake valves in the head to get a better top end. This thing pulls hard all the way to the rev limiter now. This motor now has 5 hours on it and is fully tuned.
