I am building a turbo also,putting side vents on, this could also be a good option.Thanks.Sparkey, I have an 06 M7 153 that I installed a bd intercooled turbo and ran it in a 400 ft Grass radar run and got 89 mph out of it at 15.2 # of boost at low alt. Sparkey, I installed this kit in July 07 so I have just had it on the snow today.At low alt with the bd #s that they gave me off there tm7 shop sled which happens to be the same as the numbers you posted!!and it ran great 90 mph wheelies at 12#of boost it is unreal !!!!! Caution the the numbers that I posted were from a 400 ft grass radar run only. The kit that I have is the updated bd box intercooler and 2 more injectors. The turbo is a 2860 I have been told that the 71 has lag but more top end hp!!
