Default 800ho pipe on 07 800r ?

Hey all so my buddy smoked his 07 Rev yesterday
Killed the pipe and bumper etc.
i found him a good deal on a 06 pipe out of a 800ho Rev
Will that work with his 800r motor ?

Thanks

it will work but will not be the same powerhouse. I tried running twin 800ho pipes on my R and they just didnt work as good as they did on the HO.

hmmm im gonna say they are different by looking at part numbers. The pipe id keep 07 but I would have no problem cutting and welding an 06 can to fit an 07 pipe.

Default Mufflers

The 2007 muffler is a unique part and the 2006 wil not fit. Visa versa as well. Tried that once! BTW I have 2007 muffler that is almost new for sale.
