we ride dirtbikes with dents all over... a smallish dent is a non issue.

If you're going to fix it though, use air & heat, I've seen so many people destroy pipes with the water BS... you're not watching it, and you can't control it, great way to take a useable pipe & turn it into a few cents worth of scrap.

A couple PSI, and heat the dent, it'll pop right out, and ONLY that, because you stop once it pops.

go to the hardware store and go into plumbing section ,they sell rubber plugs ,once red hot ,it takes very little air pressure to push it out!!

Get a truck Schraeder valve that is threaded top to bottom, then replace the wing nut stud in the 2" plug with the valve. Use the valve nut to compress the plug. Depending on the plug you might have to modify the plug to get it into the pipe. Safety wire the plugs. Lots of you tube video to learn from.
