hang the back of your sled in the air so the track is iff the ground, slide secondary onto jackshaft, do not install retainer bolt, install belt, start sled, ease into the throttle until cluttches engage, the belt will pull the clutch into proper alignment, ease off the throttle, dont use the break, kill the sled you should now be able to measure how many shims (washer) need to go between the bearing and the clutch.
install shims and retainer and b prepaired to b very happy with your new set up, best mod i ever did to my 09

You can still use the 3/8" straight bar method from the Doo manual using the same X-Y-Z measurements, then allow for a little float to either side.
