primary bushings

It looks like the primary bushing on the moveable sheave came out. There is a huge gap when I place the sheave back on the fixed shaft. The opening measures about 43mm and from what I have researched it should be 40mm, which leads me to believe the bearing is gone. If that is the case, the lip that holds it in is also gone. Can I get by with gluing in the new bushing until I am able to find a replacement sheave?

Otherwise, what year clutches could I make work on this? I can find a few in the 04 to 06 range, but nothing for 07 or 08 in my area.

This was a suprise to me especially since I have a trip coming up this Saturday. Had a vibration that I had assumed was just a misaligned track.

It is a 2008 summit 800r

Unfortunately your going to have to replace the sheave. Glue won't work as soon as you fire it up it will fly out. The sheave from the 04-06 won't fit either.
