How about some more info like which sled ? Also what spring in the secondary ? Which weights are stock ? I can take a guess and tell you to run 8BU's primary weights, with everything you listed plus either a cat green or purple secondary spring. I assume this is either a Apex or Nytro. You can use the shockwave on whichever stage. I would run somewhere in the 47-51 degrees for the shockwave. The belt will do nothing for you. Yamaha 8DN is the bomb !
