Just bought a 1999 700 twin it was missing the recoil, stator, and fly wheel. i have a case with the parts i need. Wondering how to go about timing the motor once i install the new stator and fly wheel. havin a hard time finding base timing specs and how to time the motor. any help would be appreciated..
