Another vote for the 67-72 gm's, love that body style. Had a '71 3/4 ton 4x4 with a cammed up 350 for a couple years after high school, kick myself in the a$$ all the time for sellin it. Picked up a '67 longbed 2wd from a farmer for dirt cheap, its in rough shape but thought about rat roddin it.

^ Sick.

I want this:
Crew-Cab.jpg

BUT obviously a 4x4. Less mexican looking wheels, 33's, LSX with a truck cam, modern running gear, done. Same colours and everything. Swear to God GM....if you built that I would buy it so fast it my wallet would catch fire...

There was a 4x4 version of one of these in our local car show a few years back. 4 door, lifted I believe on somewhere around 35"s, and I'm pretty sure it had a 12v Cummins and 5speed. I love the look of the old 3 door suburbans of this era also. I wonder if Chevy was somewhat tryin to recapture this image with the 01-02 hd's with the tall hood and what not, they definitely looked better than 03-07 with the slanted headlights.

I'd want exactly what I am building, '70 chevy c10 lwb with a beefed up cummins 4bt (although I'm probably going to settle for a 5.3/6.0 gasser due to cost/time). Who needs a ramp when you got bags? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1398817315.418364.jpg
