I only pull open trailers and on a mild tune. The H&S programmers are very clean running on these 6.7's. The look is worth it to me!
6.0 Gas, I have no need for a diesel. I've kept track of every gas reciept and have an average low of 12.5 city and best avg 15.9 highway/mountain passes. 12-13 pulling my trailer with ATVs this summer. Nothing spectacular, but honest hand calculated mpg's (not just resetting the in-dash mpg after getting up to speed and saying that is my mpg).
Honestly, That's about what my 5.4 half ton supercrew gets.
Yep, my '01 5.3 Chevy Excab averaged 13.89 mpg over 100,000 miles. The lowest tank was 8.6, highest was 19.8. It met my needs for over 11 years.

This is what I will be driving this winter. Got the truck last December and picked up the trailer in September. Drove from Idaho to Minnesota to get trailer. Was feeling bad about the mileage I got with my Hemi until I read Dogmeat's post. I got 16 mpg going out to get the trailer and about 10 pulling trailer home with a strong headwind all the way home. Can't wait for snow!!!:face-icon-small-coo

Just picked this up for a grand. Thought about huntin rig/sled hauler and let my wife keep drivin the Ram full time, but that Charger fell outta the sky last week, so the old 6.5Turbodiesel's gotta go. Haha TURBOPOWER, had one about 15 yrs ago and thought it had some snort. Not so much, but at least it's still good for 19mpg.

Well it's definately not new but I've painted a few things and got some take off wheels for it, so it'll be new to me this year. Going to the toss the deck on shortly.
did you pull that out west last year? im pretty sure we passed this rig in i94 last year..... pretty damn nice. we were all starring at it as we went by lol
