So between me and my buddy we have lost 4 of these...all under warranty. Just curious though after being replaced how long before the new one goes out? I hate for it to be off warranty and eat regulators yearly...could get expensive. Maybe after they replace them its no longer an issue?

09 owner here....previous owner replaced original...i bought sled and have put on 1200 miles with no troubles...fingers are crossed.

I've got 1100 miles on a 2009 RMK and on my 3rd regulator. Spoke with Consumer Services at Polaris today and Polaris won't stand behind it - whats up with that?

I had one go out on my '09 D8 155" back in '09, and no issues since.

The reason they warranty them is because they still dont make one that is problem free yet. See the link below for the old bait in switch info on the new updated VR which is a fraud by Polaris.
