Ditch the filter and get the Evo intake or make your own cold air intake like I did. The nice thing about the Evo intake is it looks factory when installed and mine I had to cut a big hole in the hood.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1354463491.704155.jpg

A tip for putting the filter back on......

Put the air filter completely back in the housing before you put the hood back on. The 90 degree bend at the front of the filter has a hose clamp at the bottom of it. Loosen that up so the filter will clear the top of that bend better when you ease the hood and filter across it. When you get the hood completely on then tighten up that clamp again. Believe me, it makes a huge difference loosening up that clamp.

Waaaaay easier to do it this way
