What is the best advice on what to do to upgrade the stock a-arm bushings? Is there an aftermarket solution? Or is this a yearly maintenance issue? Seems to me the ac engineers could of come up with a better design than this. Thanks

It's a hassle but probably saves some bent arms having them break and much cheaper to fix.

There is a gentleman on these forums named bparks and he makes delrin bushings for the a-arms. I run his bushings and they work fantastic. Do a quick search for him and/or delrin bushings and he will turn up. Very affordable also.
