Yamaha kids mountain sled

Here is the start of my kids mountain sled... plan on installing a 121x12x1.30ish track, yamaha 121 skid, new risers and bars, get the seat foam profile revamped and covered, paint, decals, powder coat, plastic skis etc.....so far i have the skid in place, just need to make some spacers, cross shafts, cut the rail tips shorter.....

What are you planning to use for a track? A snowbike track, or a 15" track narrowed down?

121x12.5x1.3ish 2.52 pitch....either cut a used one down or get a new one from tracks USA and get them to cut it

so had a Cr racing tunnel extension that was damage....so cut it up to se how the tunnel will work out....i think its going to look sweet...I think Chad at Cr is going to help me out with the tunnel....it going to be a mini version of mine...although my daughter figure pink would be a better choice....lol....Murray at Mountain Mod is going to re work the seat for me....

well...need to finish welding the boards and tunnel tabs....sandblast and powder coat....also have a real close template for how the tunnel will fit....

cut track down to 12.5" wide....worked very well clamping a piece of angle iron along the lugs and use the recip saw....

Good to know.

We used a table saw last weekend on one. It made a nice cut and lots of smoke. I just got the track back under this one, but need to make a couple clearance points for the rear axle then it should bolt up. The turbo is on back-order!
