144 strapped to what? 600, 700, 800? Might make a difference in what you choose in the end...

900 ??? 155" to 166" using stock parts should be easy..or as 550iq said Tracks USA should have all you need.
What sort of riding are you doing ?
Mountain riding the 159 2.4 is really the best.

If you're already on a 144" 900, you won't need to do anything with the tunnel... Polaris used the same tunnel for both sleds. I'd definitely try out Polaris Pride for rails and a track!

hell, guido's got some sleds he's not using! (and wont let me use either!)
