I have a Silber kit with the Team adjustable weights. Missing the instructions on the weight kit. Anyone have a copy. I don't know how much the washers weigh.....

I will get that to you this evening but you may also want to consider investing in a 10 dollar gram scale from Harbor Freight. They come in handy when it comes to clutching.
