03 rmk engine problem

have a 03 rmk 800. Loaded it on the trailer fine, went to take it off, would not start. fluded out. Since then, it will not run right. Wants to back fire, and almost seems like it runs on 1 cyclinder. Cleaned carbs 2 times, made sure block was not filled with fuel, new plugs, compresion test on jugs is good. coil is good, oiler is set right, reeds are good, carb boots have no cracks in them. any ideas? thanks

How do you know it's flooded. If it backfires that mean it doesn't have consistent spark and when it finally does fire it pops. I would check your spark.

Is your temp light on?

I have good spark form both plugs. Both plugs seem to be light brown. As far as the temp goes, i do not have a temp guage. I did have it run badley last year, but not as bad , and it was a cut wire on the head temp guage. Wondering if it could be a cdi box?

found the problem to be thecyclinder head temp sensor. Thanks for all your help.
