Stock Crossfire Helix vs. M7 36* Helix?

Looking to see if anyone can educate me on witch helix to use. I have both the stock helix form my 06 Crossfire 700 (42* something) and I also have a helix out of a M7 (36*). My crossfire has a 144X15X2" track on it with the 57/63 gears, 10.4 secondary conversion and a speedwerx M7 clutch kit for 0-5000ft. The clutch kit said to use the 36* helix, but at the time I bought the kit I only had the stock helix and the guy from speedwerx said that should be fine for around here (MN trails). My question is will I be better off with the 36* around the low elevations if all I want to do is boondock every chance I get or should I stick with the stock helix around here (MN) and put the 36* helix in when I go out west and why? What advantages will I get with either one?
