Forum jump at botom of screen

can you make it so at the bottom of the page in the riding area section the link takes you back to that riding area instead of to user control panel

For example you are viewing a thread in general and after the last post you scroll down at the bottom left it says jump to general.

But if viewing thread in say the Colorado section it kicks you to user control panel instead of Colorado.

probably not the highest on your list right now but has been annoying for quite some time.
