I am thinking that you could put this set up together on your own for Much cheaper however this is a REALLY nice way to go great for heavy mountain riders or free style. its a FLY bar riser (all over ebay in many lengths $100) and pro taper Contour moto bars. ($65-95) I would recommend a CR high bend. but that's all personal preference i'm a tall guy and like nice tall bars.

RSI has the parts ( and some of the best service out there ) that your looking for including better heaters, grips, risers, bars, pads.

I have a set of Fat bars and an Fly 8" riser that I'd let go for $80 shipped. It's what I used on mine before I went to a lower riser.
I like the motocross bars because they are tougher than the OEM bars by far.
