I’m selling a slightly used small Klim Valdez Parka that is as good as new.
You can't beat Klim gear for anything snow-related.
The Klim sizing chart says that Small coat is for:

Weight: 105 - 155
Height: 5'3" - 6'
Chest Size: 35 - 37
Waist Size: 28 - 31
