overheating

i have a 2009 skidoo summit x 800r it was a 163 until i got rearended. i
decided to upgrade to a timbersled 174 with fox shox and a camoplast 3"pitch 2.5"height. I also put a mod can and took out the 21 tooth drive gear and put a 19 in and a tunnel extension and a vent kit and10"rear wheelseverything works great except when im at lower elevations (where the temps are higher) i often overheat about once every 3 to 5 miles any
ideas......I thought about a after market intake system????not sure what to do.Thanx

I also had heating issues when I installed a 2.5" track. I tried scratchers, engine ice & ET t-stat. They all helped but still overheated. I then ported the track & all of my heating problems went away.

Are you runnig a Snow flap

And have you cut it down??

If so you might need a full lenghth flap to catch the snow the track throws at it ..
