Help with my helmet cams and views

hey i have a Contour HD and a Liquid image EGO helmet cams. and have a few questions. i have very few mounts for these so im trying to use what i have for now. i have the contour in a waterproof case with a round tubing mount but i have it mounted on my grabbar and the vibrations from the sled make the video wavy how can i stop that? the EGO i have mounted on the hood pointed back at me and i dont have any wavyness to that video.

also how do the guys get the video from behind their back that shoots like their helmet, sled and ahead of them?
