This depression started before Bush. It started with the dot commers got greedy and the dot com crashed. It was headed down from then and that was during Clinton. Amazing how all the news orgs reported the economy starting to sink the very day Bush took office, problem is, nobody bothered reporting that it was seriously headed down hill 9 months prior to that. Bush just inherated it.
And had Clinton spent a little more time paying attention to his domestic intel chief instead of where he was getting his next knobber he could have prevented the 9/11 attacks all together.
Don't even get me started on how that moron killed the ability of our intelligence agencies ability to get accurate information

huh, I would have sworn 9/11 was a pretty good reason, as for Iraq, it was approved by the house and senate despite their best efforts to side step that little fact. The politicians reacted and voted based on the best available intel that Iraq had WMD and the plans to use them. Had Bush and the house/senate sat on their hands and did nothing they would still be villified for letting a mad man get WMD's. So they were in a no win situation.
Since then the Dems have used that little no win situation to their fullest.
And done everything in their power to make darn sure we lose the war on terror.
