We have been working with Tapp industries and a few other companies to build a better clutch.
C3 Power Sports and Powder lites will be selling these in a couple of weeks after we have tested on some big boost turbos 1200 doo's
Special sheeve design for high performance motors and belt life.
Clickers for adjustable tunning from the outside as well as weights can be added without taking apart clutch.
Lightweight compared to other clutches.
Narrow for XP plastics on 1200 Skidoo.
2 different sizes of spring diameter.
Stock bolt and puller.

Is this something worth running on 800's for durability reasons?
Steeper sheave angle?
I like the spring idea, opens up alot more spring options I would assume?

Very nice, looks like the build quality is FAR superior to skidoo's.
Does it address the bad bearing designs on the TRA 7 and many other issues?

It looks like you have to get stocked up on new parts for tuning though?

Tapp Clutch Skidoo

This is what Powder Lites have been asking for with total adjustable clutch all from the outside and with Quick Clickers,
Ramps can be changed, Weight can be added or subtract from outside,
With having four arms it can be adjusted apposite side for fine tuning very easy.
Lightweight and easy to spin up as weight is in the center parts and is still lighter them most other clutches.
Taking deposits on limited number as we are taking most of them.

Tapp Clutch Skidoo

Rode all day and was great as this clutch works and throttle response was better then before.
16 psi boost and over 100 MPH track speed on SkiDoo recall gauge.
Powder snow and it wanted to always come over backwards with M10 CR suspension.

Tapp Clutch on 800 163" stock

We let our guy Mike run the Tapp last night and he said his sled has never had the pull like this clutch.
Smooth and cool even in 4 ft powder.

Even a stock TRA will run a guy $1200+ (US)....probably more in Canada... so if a guy needs an entire clutch this is really not a bad alternative $$ wise.

ya this clutch is the same price as a TRA give or take a little,but i belive this is twice the clutch TRA will ever be.:wave:
