It's from spinning the track on gravel. I see people do that all the time. In the parking lot, going up hills with a foot of snow, plowing the drive way. Well maybe not the last one.

The middle insert between the two coolers seems to be of softer aluminum on the new pro's vs. the IQ chassis. This is what I believe the issue is.

Same aluminum... The Pro RMK just has a much wider center section between the coolers.

IMO...If it really bugs you... rivet a section 1/8" HDPE or UHMW down the center section between the coolers in the rear... If you do it carefully it will look "factory installed" and not detract from the sled.

Or a few minutes with a body hammer and dolly....just remember..you lightly tap with a body hammer.....you dont pound....
