I have a set (2) of Powermadd Power Clamps, they are similar to Kwik Clamps and use your existing tie down bar. New in the box.

Picture sucks but right now it's the best I can do.

I took a few pics of one of them today, I didn't put it on the deck but it should give you the idea. It is used with your original bar, a plate and channel is attached to the deck, the clamp attaches to it.
