I agree, the DS2's work good. Some guys are going to Polaris grippers. i have tried many aftermarket skis and I havnt found one that makes me want to ditch the DS2's.
DS2 ski works great, but very interested in the new C & A Boondocker ski, looks interesting...little stiffer and wider but not overkill. The new slydog ski looks interesting as well. Think it is called "hell hound".
This will be my first sled where I will be running the stock, in this case the DS2, skis because of the good 'ole college budget. But I have always ran SLP Powderpros and absolutely loved them.
I've put C&A's on every sled I've ever owned and already put a pair on my XM. I had a pair of MTX's sitting around my garage and if for some reason I don't like them I can always switch back the stock.
