M-7 drive clutch question?

I have an m-7 with a woreout factory drive clutch, I also have also have a good 1-M 900 drive clutch. Just wondering if it will work on the m-7, they are the same taper but one is an 8" and one is an 8.5"???

Good luck finding a new m7 clutch 8.5" part# 0725-527....I think they say to replace it with a part# 0746-416 and that clutch is 8.25.
Not sure how the 1m 900 8" would work?
