I just bought an '08 800 154. What are your suggestions on what first year mods to do to it? Not wanting to get real in depth this year just handling mods and or power mods. What to do and which to start on. I am a big guy at 6-5 270lbs if that matters. I will ride in the trees with the occasional climb for fun. The trees and tight spaces in the deep are my favorite spots.

Airframes running boards, can't ride the deep if you can't stay on your boards, get rid of your ported track, Camo Extreme is nice, Roosterbuilt clutching. There's lots more you can do, but that would be a good start. S36 front end, scissor relocate, skis, shocks, venting, etc.

Mods can be never ending on any sled. Depending on what you rode before this may be the cats meow to you. At this time of the year I'd say ride it. This sled rocks in my opinion. There's always room for improvement but even stock form it will perform. Clutch kit is a simple big improvement.

2008 xp essentials IMO

• clutch kit (ibackshift or roosterbuilt)
• 2 2inch vents in back of airbox behind carbs
• dril front skid shock bottom mount 1 1/4 forward
• venting
• doo dr floating qrs (worth every penny)
• or at the very least shim kit clutch to spec
