146 x 16 track. Not much room in a stock Viper tunnel. The Nytro skid requires 4 inch drop brackets for a Viper tunnel. Thus I made my own but they are 1/2" (12.7 mm) 6061-T6 aluminum. The track won't fit between these brackets, so I need to go thinner. 1/8" (3.3 mm) should give enough clearance.

I found some 7075-T6 plate that I forgot I had - 12" x 12" x 1/4". I am thinking of cutting it in half and making the 2 drop plates. Do you guys think I can machine the part that goes up in the tunnel to 1/8" thick and then add the angle stock bracket (6061-T6) like Rules did and like the new Timbersled Apex Brackets?

Will this work very well. Have never tried to machine 7075-T6. End Mill?
