I have a 98 polaris xc 700. It ran awesome and i cleaned the carbs today, put them back in and not it runs terrible. I noticed one choke cable is broken but im not sure if this is the reason or not. Thanks

IF the choke plungers are free then no it wouldn't because the springs will force them close when the cable breaks. However, often times the cable breaks because the plungers are gunked up and stick in the bore and then you break the choke lever loose. If that is the case, the plunger might be held open.

Ohh alright thanks, i did notice that the one that is broke does have some gook on it. I did fire it up today and it ran good for about a minute then starting bogging out like it was fludded but when given throttle it comes back to life
