1996 RXL 650 EFI ENGINE SWAP TO 800 CFI.

Hi.
I have a old wedge tripple with broken engine. I have the possibillity to get a 800 Cfi2 engine cheap. Has anybody done this engine swap or simular? Is there a writup on what has to be done ?

Wow. That is going to be a huge project. The bulkhead is way different and I'm not sure you'll be able to get the CFI motor tipped correctly.

I put a domestic twin 700 in a triple chassis and that was a lot of work that required some really interesting carb/airbox fitting.
